How to Record the Screen on Your MacBook Using QuickTime Player

To start recording your screen, first open the QuickTime Player app on your Mac. Once opened, click on 'File' > 'New Screen Recording.' This will bring up the Mac Screen Recorder panel. You can also choose to show mouse clicks, which is useful if you're creating a how-to video. Additionally, there's a timer setting that allows you to delay the start of the recording by up to 10 seconds after pressing the record button.
